Qualifying for your Upromise Contribution is easy - simply submit a referral by following these steps:

  1. Find a participating real estate office by clicking below on "buy a home" or "sell a home"
  2. Submit some basic information** to that office through Upromise.com BEFORE making any contact with any real estate agents or brokers in the office
  3. Buy or sell your home with an agent from this office

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a Upromise contribution, your referral must be accepted by your selected Real Estate Office. You must submit your information to a participating ERA® office through the Upromise web site and your referral must be accepted BEFORE signing a listing agreement, buyer-agency agreement or sales contract with the real estate office.
